The O2 MAX approach begins with a 60-minute MAX Fit Assessment. This personal evaluation helps your trainer gain a thorough understanding of your current fitness level and lifestyle habits. “Fit Packs” - These are so much more than the typical training session you’ll find at your parents’ gym. Our comprehensive approach to fitness and nutrition is geared toward you! We’ll equip you with everything you need to jump start your routine and establish healthy habits now that will continue to benefit your lifestyle for the future.

Freshman Fifteen Packages - These are a must-have for anyone about to begin their college years. In three 30-minute sessions, our professional personal trainers work with you to design a work-out and nutrition plan for college. We know there is no “one size fits all” solution; that’s why we take your tastes and preferences to make a system that works just for you! Beating the freshman fifteen takes preparation - start today!

Summer Camp 2008 - Tired of lazing around all summer? Check out our six-week summer camp! Every weekday between July 14 and August 22, program participants take part in fun workouts, cooking and nutrition classes, hiking, beach visits, and much more. Come every day or put together a schedule that works for you!

Parkour Conditioning Program - Parkour is the art of  displacement. You have seen it on Youtube, and maybe in the world around you. It’s moving your body as efficiently as possible from one point to another. In this six-week program, particpants will learn the basic techniques through professional training. This will be followed by aerobic and dexterity conditioning, allowing your body to move up, down, and all around. Become a parkour master, and see just what the human body can do!
